mm1919's Commitment

Our Six Pillars of Responsible Gambling

Each of these features is designed specifically to keep your gaming experience at mm1919 controlled and enjoyable.

Age Verification

mm1919 enforces a minimum age of 21 for all players. A MyKad verification process is carried out to ensure no underage player can access our platform.

Self-Exclusion

Players can voluntarily apply to exclude themselves from the mm1919 platform for a set period. This option is available through your account or by contacting our customer support. ⚠️

Personal Deposit Limits

Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits based on your financial means. These limits act as a personal safeguard so the money set aside for entertainment does not exceed your budget.

Play Time Monitoring

Check your game history and the time you have spent on the platform at any time. Being aware of your playing habits is the first step to staying responsible.

24/7 Support

The mm1919 support team is ready to assist you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via live chat and email in Malay and English. Do not hesitate to contact us if you need help.

Account Security

Your mm1919 account is protected with the latest encryption technology. You can also add an extra layer of protection through two-factor authentication to prevent unauthorised access. 🔐

The Basics

Understanding Responsible Gambling

Responsible gambling means making informed decisions every time you play. It is not just about setting money limits, but also understanding why you are playing, recognising your emotional limits, and knowing when to take a break.

At mm1919, we believe every player deserves to enjoy games as a form of healthy entertainment. The slots, live casino, sports betting and table games we offer are for fun — not as a way to generate regular income or resolve financial problems.

💡 Quick guide: Set a budget before you play and treat the money allocated as an entertainment cost. Once that limit is reached, end your gaming session.

Every player who registers at mm1919 must acknowledge that online gambling is only permitted for individuals aged 21 and above. This is a legal requirement and our platform's commitment to protecting young people.

Self-Control

mm1919 Self-Control Tools

mm1919 provides self-control tools accessible directly through your account. These tools are designed to give players the means to manage their own gambling activity.

1

See all your deposits, bets and withdrawals in one clear view. This complete record helps you understand your gaming and spending patterns over time.

3

Temporary Break

Choose to pause your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During this break, you will not be able to log in or make any transactions. This is a good way to reset your perspective.

Recognise the Signs

Signs of Problem Gambling

It is important for you and those around you to recognise the early signs before gambling becomes a more serious problem. Here are some warning signs to watch out for:

Borrowing Money to Gamble

Using borrowed money, selling belongings or borrowing from family solely to continue gambling.

Chasing Losses

Continuing to play in the hope of recovering money that has been lost, even as the situation gets worse.

Hiding Gambling Habits

Lying to family or friends about how much time and money is being spent on gambling.

Gambling as an Escape

Using gambling as a way to escape from stress, anxiety, sadness or personal problems.

Neglecting Social Relationships

Prioritising gambling over work responsibilities, family or regular social activities.

Ongoing Financial Pressure

Feeling overwhelmed by gambling-related debt or struggling to pay for basic living needs.

⚠️ If you recognise one or more of the signs above in yourself or someone you care about, it is time to seek help. You do not have to face it alone — help resources are available and free.
