Terms and Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a valid and binding contract between you as a user ("User", "Player", or "you") and the mm1919 platform ("Platform", "we", or "mm1919"). This Agreement takes full effect when you access, register, log in, or use any part of the mm1919 platform, including the website, mobile application, or related services provided by mm1919.

Continued use of the platform after any changes to these Terms and Conditions are published will be considered your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must stop using the platform immediately.

To register and use the mm1919 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception. mm1919 reserves the right to verify the information you provide at any time and to suspend accounts that do not meet these requirements.

• Be at least 21 years of age at the date of registration. Registration by individuals below this age is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• Be located in a jurisdiction that does not prohibit participation in online gambling activities.
• Hold only one (1) active account on the mm1919 platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are prohibited.
• Provide true, accurate and complete personal information during the registration process, including your full name, date of birth, mobile number and a valid email address.
• Not have had a previous account closed by mm1919 due to a breach of terms.

mm1919 reserves the right to request identity document verification such as a national identity card (MyKad), passport, or other relevant documents at any time for identity verification (KYC) purposes. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified period may result in restrictions on your account.

All financial transactions on the mm1919 platform are processed through secure and supported payment channels. Players are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used belongs to them and is legally valid.

The deposit and withdrawal methods accepted by mm1919 are: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, Online Banking (FPX), Boost, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

• The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM10 per transaction.
• The minimum withdrawal is RM100 per request.
• Approved withdrawal requests are processed in less than 1 hour.
• Deposited funds must be used for gambling purposes on the mm1919 platform and may not be transferred to third parties.
• mm1919 reserves the right to delay or reject suspicious withdrawal requests while an investigation is carried out.
• All transactions made are final and cannot be reversed once processed, except in circumstances agreed to by mm1919.

All bonuses and promotions offered by mm1919 are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any winnings from the relevant bonus can be withdrawn. Players are encouraged to read the terms of each promotion carefully before accepting any offer.

The mm1919 welcome bonus offers a 200% first deposit bonus up to RM300. For example, a deposit of RM100 will give a bonus of RM200, bringing your balance to RM300. The total wagering amount to be completed is RM200 × 20 = RM4,000 before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Second example: a deposit of RM400 yields a bonus of RM300 (maximum cap), balance RM700, with a wagering requirement of RM300 × 20 = RM6,000.

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount received.
• Bonuses may only be used on the mm1919 platform and cannot be converted directly into cash.
• Each player is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.
• mm1919 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Any attempt to exploit the bonus system improperly will result in cancellation of the bonus and possible account closure.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or shared with other players.

mm1919 players are expected to use the platform responsibly and to comply with all guidelines set out. Any use that breaches these terms may result in immediate action against the relevant account.

• The use of automation software, bots, or any third-party tools to influence gameplay is prohibited.
• Players are responsible for keeping their account password confidential. mm1919 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account.
• Any form of fraud, hacking, or system manipulation is strictly prohibited.
• Players must not take any action that disrupts the operation of the platform or the experience of other players.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Players must ensure that the connection and device used are secure. mm1919 is not liable for any losses resulting from an unstable internet connection or technical failures beyond the platform's control.

mm1919 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close a player's account at any time if there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to a breach of any terms in this document. Conversely, players also have the right to close their own account by contacting the mm1919 support team.

• Accounts confirmed to have breached any terms may be terminated without prior notice and the balance is subject to review before being returned.
• Players who wish to exclude themselves from the platform (self-exclusion) may contact the support team to activate this feature.
• After account closure at a player's request, any eligible balance will be returned once the verification process is complete.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period may be subject to mm1919's dormant account management policy.

All content found on the mm1919 platform, including but not limited to interface design, graphics, logos, text, software code and games, is the exclusive property of mm1919 or the relevant licensors. Copyright for all such content is fully protected.

Players are not permitted to copy, republish, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent from mm1919. Any violation of these intellectual property rights may result in legal action.

mm1919 reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at the platform's discretion. Amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on the mm1919 website, unless otherwise stated.
